Following the momentum of Cohort 1, TFEI Incubation Cohort 2 is now underway with 7 selected startups advancing through validation, product development, mentorship, and Demo Day preparation.
Cohort 2 has moved beyond applications. The selected startups are now working through a structured journey of validation, product refinement, coaching, mentorship, and investor readiness.
TFEI Incubation is a 15-week structured program powered by BCITE in partnership with STF5Care. It supports early-stage Palestinian founders with validated ideas and early MVPs through three practical phases: discovery and validation, product build and refinement, and investor pitch preparation, culminating in Demo Day.
Applications have been closed and the selected Cohort 2 startups have officially joined the program.
The program kicked off on Saturday, 13 June 2026 at BCITE, Ramallah.
Founders attend practical Saturday sessions from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Teams receive founder, business, technical, design, and mentor support across the journey.
The program guides founders from problem validation to MVP development and investor-ready storytelling.
Startups define the problem, interview customers, test early assumptions, and shape their first MVP concept.
Teams reframe challenges, sharpen the value proposition, build a functional MVP, and create a product roadmap.
Founders develop financial models, craft the narrative, prepare pitch decks, and present at Demo Day.
