The story, values, and impact behind the initiative

At BCITE, our programs are shaped not only by strategy and expertise, but by the values of individuals who believe deeply in youth, innovation, and economic empowerment in the country.

In collaboration with STF5Care, Jordan, the Tawfiq Fakhouri Entrepreneurship Initiative (TFEI) embodies these values with exceptional clarity and purpose. This joint collaboration has thus branched into two economic empowerment programs in Palestine, namely the TFEI Incubation Program and the TFEI Acceleration Program.

Through the two programs, founders from all backgrounds, stages, and milestones in their entrepreneurial journey in the country receive support to cultivate, grow, and upscale their ideas to the global level.

TFEI’s network of over 80 global mentors and investors, together with its founder-centric design and its desire for quantitative impact, have created the perfect combination of global-level, yet localized and needs-based programs for our entrepreneurs.

As of April 2026, BCITE and STF5Care have graduated the first incubation cohort and are currently finalizing the first acceleration cohort. Recruitment for the second incubation cohort is ongoing.
